Closing of the Tot Lots:
Signs will be posted on Friday, March 27, 2020 at All Tot Lots stating that ALL TOT LOTS will be CLOSED due to the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus. We ask that you refrain from using the tot lots to prevent spreading of the virus.
Correspondence:
Due to the Stay At Home order, we ask that you not mail any payments or other correspondence to the Gassen office, nor drop off any payments in the drop box outside of our office. Those of you that are paying via check with a coupon to our lockbox at Mutual of Omaha Bank in Phoenix, these payments WILL still be processed, as the bank has told us their operations staff is still processing payments.
Other payment options will available to you include:
1. Paying your dues via ACH (Direct withdrawal) through Gassen. Please go to Gassen Connect, then click on “For Residents”, > “online Forms” > Gassen ACH. Complete the form and it will automatically be sent to ACH@gassen.com.
2. Pay via credit card through Gassen Connect.
3. Pay via Bill Pay through your bank directly to:
