The Lake Grace Pavilion is now complete!
Please come and see the beautiful new building and landscaping for yourself.
Lake Grace Pavilion

The original Lake Grace pavilion was constructed in 1970. In 2016, after years of being unused, the pavilion was restored and picnic areas were added for members. In January of 2019 the Lake Grace pavilion was destroyed by a fire.
The cleanup of the debris from the Lake Grace pavilion fire was completed in February and a Pavilion Committee was formed to oversee the rebuilding process. After exploring a variety of plans and building options, the Pavilion Committee collected several bids to evaluate the best value for The Association and its members. After much consideration, The Association has selected Jerry Theis as General Contractor. Jerry will oversee the building of the structure, designed by Custom Recreation Systems (CRS), in two phases. Phase one will include rebuilding the pavilion structure and will be finished in November. Phase two will be completed in the spring of 2020 and will include building finishes and designing amenities around the pavilion.
“It will be slightly different, in that it’s more of a T-shape and it’s going to be open throughout, which will allow members to see completely through, so it won’t obstruct the view.”
– Chase Lundstrom, Jonathan Association Board of Directors President
CRS has provided the pavilion concept plans detailed below as the framework for the new building. Jonathan Association members are encouraged to contact the Karen House with comments regarding the rebuilding process.
